The Super Stars extra mural program at Dance Mouse Company is dedicated to children with developmental delays, physical challenges, learning differences, and sensory sensitivities. Our goal is to provide a dance journey that is both enjoyable and beneficial for each child’s unique needs. This rhythm and dance syllabus offers fun and functional movement opportunities, ensuring every child can thrive and enjoy their dance experience.
How The Super Stars Program Works
Our dedicated Dance Mouse Company instructors work in collaboration with students, their parents, and therapists to customise content that supports existing therapy goals and desired outcomes.
The curriculum is adjustable to fit the needs of each student, making it appropriate for dancers aged 3 months to 7 years.
While our classes focus on building foundational skills for uniquely abled students, we welcome children of all abilities to promote inclusion and neurodiversity. Studies show that the combination of movement, sounds, and rhythm has positive effects on the brain.

The Super Stars Experience
At Dance Mouse Company, our Super Stars extra mural activity is designed to be fun, social, and engaging for your child. Our teachers use evidence-based practices from sensory integration, behavioural analysis, and movement safety to make each class purposeful and functional.
Our syllabus covers body awareness, spatial awareness, physical awareness, and relationships with objects, people, and space. These strategies help our dancers achieve movement goals, fostering physically literate individuals who exhibit respectful and social behaviour. With Dance Mouse Company, your child will enjoy an enriching and supportive dance experience tailored to their unique needs.
